Awesome Dog Toys and More uses USPS as our courier.  It is our pleasure to ship your purchase within 24 to 48 hours of your order placement. USPS usually delivers within 3 to 5 business days. All weekday orders received after 1 pm CST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders can be expedited if placed Monday - Friday prior to 1 pm CST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following week. We do not offer Sunday delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Awesome Dog Toys and More will be happy to except return items within 21 days from purchase. We accept returns on non-sale and non-damaged items that are in original unused condition with original tags for full refund to your credit card.  Please understand Awesome Dog Toys and More will not reimburse for shipping charges.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days form the point of sale. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. We are sorry there are no exceptions. Awesome Dog Toys and More does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns.

Awesome Dog Toys and More is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. We suggest insuring all returns.
